I know this will be moved, but thought I'd put it in the lounge as I'm sure many of us remember the event as portrayed on "Traffic Cops" some time ago where some dozy Swedish bint ran out into the motorway and got belted by a truck.

Well tonight on BBC1 at 10-35 is a programme where apparently we get to hear the whole story, might be worth a watch.

Its been on youtube for ages... and on a few other sites.

Plus what did you think happened? You mentioned she gets hit by a truck... I didnt say if she died or not, I just said not pretty at seeing a person bouncing off the front of a truck

One is deffo doing time for murder (technically manslaughter due to mental illness) and the other is dead I believe (committed suicide). Utterly bonkers. Not a nice story and not a great outcome. The trail they left behind is shocking. Clearly needed help previously but just didnt get it.

I knew TV Plus on the iPhone would come in handy... recorded.

It's called Madness in the Fast Lane, not murder though.

I understood that she got hit by a truck, but not why she got hit by the truck, or why she would run out into traffic. Nevermind ehsmile mrs slopes would probably have wanted to watch some really ste van damme or steven seagal film anyways

Artistic licence by the program makers I suppose. Madness in lane 3 doesn't have the same ring to it!! wink

As she was hit by a truck, which can't use lane three. I guess they've stretched the artistic licence quite a bit.

Madness in lane one, or the slow lane, whilst more accurate, isn't quite as sensationalist.

Exactly, one was hit by a truck in lane 2 and one by a car in lane 1. So, "Madness in the middle lane and in the slow lane as well" is a bit of a mouthful for the electronic program guide. wink
