Apologies if you have seen this on TZ already but... smile

Some new additions to my collection landed today so I thought I would share them here too.

Before today, this is how part of my Seiko collection looked:

To update that a bit, The Orange Monster has gone to a new home.
Swiftly replaced by a new OM which should be arriving at Casa Dog tomorrow.

The Soxa is still here but will be wearing a "For Sale" sign any day now...
The Tuna is still here and in fact adorns my wrist as I type.

So... what's the point of this thread then? Well...
I fancied one of these Map Meters for their sheer bulk, so I bought this one off TZUK Sales Corner a few days ago:

I also wanted another "BFK" to go with my Pepsi bezel one, so I bought this in a F2F meet on the motorway services with a dodgy trucker!

Whilst I was there he pulls out his black Samurai. Ooer Missus! It was rude not to...

And the obligatory wrist shot of good old Sammie. This one truly is mint and is a very nice addition to the family.[/proud mum]

Only kidding actually, he wasn't a dodgy trucker he was very nice and the Samurai was the reason for going...

But you know what they say about "Plenty more fish in the sea"?

I thought another Tuna, but this time on rubber, would be a nice addition so I could choose between them.

Choices, choices. It will take me even longer to get ready now!

So that's it, of what's here at the house with me.
It wouldn't be a picture thread without the "Group Shot" though so here goes. I sneaked the Soxa in there too for good measure.

Hope you like them. I know I do. If anyone has a White Samurai and/or a Black Sumo give me a shout please. smile

I love the Tuna. Where is the best place to pick one up? Also, how wide is the bracelet? The rubber strap looks wider.

Nice. Why the sudden Seiko obsession, then?

BTW did you still want mine? I am holding them until you give me a definite "no".

Any more pictures of this, preferably juxtaposed with the OM (I have a BM, so it's a handy size reference)?

I got both of mine from Sales Corner of TZUK.
Both strap and bracelet (obviously as it's the same model of watch) are 22mm.

Always liked them and just fancied adding a few more to what I already had.
I've just bought a SKX007 off SC for £45 so I'll pass on yours. smile

Thank you though.

How deep is the Tuna relative to the BM?

Seiko porn is cheap porn. PM me and I'll let you know how much but it's not a big dent in your Tudor fund and when you're ready I'll no doubt buy it back for what you pay. smile

I really like the look of the Tuna, but being an Auto man iam disapointed it is a Quartz movement.
( not a dig at Quartz movments, just a personal preference)

This was my response when I did some digging and found out that it's quartz. Ace looking watch, but too rich for me for a quartz diver. A shame, really; if it were an auto I'd be all over it like a rash.

You should really overlook the fact it's quartz. They are a superb piece of kit and way better than many autos costing the same or much more.

Lovely collection! Got my black faced Monster last month and love it more now than I did then, wouldn't mind another Seiko at some point, I seem to have developed a bit of a soft spot for them since then smile
