Just got back home (sic) from Blackpool it is very nice, saw a Black Tuscan (03 plate ) in the visitors carpark at the Lytham Gov site...anyone off here?

Hello all. I've been a little out of touch in recent months. I looked in 'events', but found nothing - so can you please tell me about this 'mini back home'?
What where when, etc.
I might be able to haul myself to it - if it doesn't clash with me kissing babies or opening a supermarket!
