Where best to spend my £1k?

So many of you will have seen my bike in various threads.

Other than that, its the same. Now I hardly notice the £50 or whatever it is coming from my wages, so I thought seeing as I love riding now I would get another £1k and was wondering where is best to put it?

I've just started club riding, and do a mixture of things in between.

I should say the £1k must be spent at evans. I was thinking about buying a whole new bike and selling the bmc, but I love them so much.

I was also thinking about buying the pro machine frame for a grand, but it would look silly rolling around on a £2k frame with £100 wheels

Exactly my point above. Don't spend any more on bling when you already have a decent bike. Spend the money on getting over to the Pyrenees / Alps / Mont Ventoux instead and make the most of what you have. Far more enjoyable than doing lap after lap of Richmond Park or whatever*.

*But then I've never lapped Richmond Park, it might be epic!

I thought you were limited to £1k of agreement unless your company has a consumer credit license.

I do see what you're saying but the £1k is through the scheme and is only spendable in a shop. And I am pretty sure I could get a huge gain from something, just not sure what!

I'd be very happy with the road bike, and get a nice hard tail mountain bike if I were you.
