Surely they mean 'internet works like human brain'?
I read something in the ST once about how the US Army was working on in-head chip implants that would allow para-grunts to land anywhere in the world and be told what to do, where to go etc without having to carry maps, compasses, comms equipment etc. That was about ten years ago. The technology is quite viable, aren't folks with prosthetic hands and the like already using this 'think it and it happens' stuff?
