Keighley Cars, West Yorkshire?
Discussion
Guys
Does anyone have any experience with these guys?
I am looking at one of theirs, and when I phone up they seem less than friendly and doesnt offer me any confidence.
Any reports would be welcomed. I am in Essex and dont want to drive 240 miles to see the car if I cant get comfortable with the dealer.
cheers!!

Hmmm., my experience... Bought a 335i coupe from them a couple of years ago, car was superb and good value, sold it to a mate after approx 6 months who is still running it with no probs...
Then bought an 07 passat estate with 90 k miles which was fine again till I sold it on approx 3 month ago..
Different experiences for all I suppose, went into each purchase with eyes wide open.
Must admit I wouldn't buy a jap import from there but then wouldn't from anywhere!!
Agree they're not sh** hot on customer service but then I got what I wanted at what seemed a good price...

No experience with them personally but from my cossie sites that I go on there have been some alarming reports, but I won't go into detail. Like everything though, you always hear the negative side, I'm sure there are loads of happy customers out there, just be sure to do your homework.
I keep giving them chances and even my wife tells me not to bother 'because you'll only get annoyed'.
The last time I went I actually spoke to a guy and asked how could he pass off the crap as immaculate examples? They had a continental GT with dings, an almost new CLK with a 12 inch crack in the screen, a 'showroom' condition Escort Cosworth that looked like it had been shot blasted and an Evo2 Integrale that had 30k km on the clock yet the seats, carpets and wear on pedals, not to mention the rest of the car that screamed clocked!!!!
Most of their cars are worst grade jap imports and flogged at highest prices to mugs that cant get finance.
Avoid!!

That's why I like to have a look at their site from time to time. Sheer comedy.
I was gobsmacked when I looked recently, and there were Ferraris and Lambos on there
Just to jump in - A mate & I paid KTC a visit a couple of weeks back as he had his eye on an orange Focus ST. Helpful over the phone when the satnav played silly sods. Upon arrival the presentation of the cars left a lot to be desired. The ST had a handsize dent in the bonnet and kerbed alloys. Not good.
We then looked around some of the other more expensive metal.
I wouldn't hand over any of my money for any of the stock. The white 360 looked as if it had been touched up with tipp-ex - just as an example.
Don't get me wrong, the lads there have quite a bit of hard earned tied up in the cars but a magic tree and tyre dressing doesn't make a good car.
My advice to the OP - don't bother - you will be very disappointed.
