Hi guys,
Would really appreciate your help on a few things please!!!
I have owned a MCS 53 plate for 1.5 years. looking to really change its looks and performance now. Please can anybody give me any help on locating the below front end...

I thinks it's the dogs. Is it a newer model or a complete body kit?
I also wanted to to know how hard it is to de- chrome everything to a black (shiny), this will include- door handles, inserts etc.
Lowering it is also something i want to do as the think it lloks far better, what work does this require? how much for the products and then labour?
I live in the northwest (preston) and want recommendations on a trustworthy garage to take it (to carry out the de-chrome and lowering etc).

Your link doesn't work.. but I can only imagine that you're thinking of the OEM BMW 'Aerodynamic Package' bodykit.. the only real bodykit that REALLY suits the car.. like this:
Maybe try a different link? Or is the picture above what you have in mind?
Dechroming.. although I know nothing on the pricing etc, I suppose you want to dechrome everything from the trim above the rear number plate to the door handles... if I was you.. I'd call up a 'vinyl wrapping' company.. (the people who wrap cars matt-black) and ask how much it would cost to 'wrap' these parts of the car with gloss black vinyl. It will probably be the same price as having them sprayed (or cheaper) and it also means that if you change your mind a few years down the line you can just take the wrap off. Also think about future buyers etc. Just an idea
As for lowering.. i THINK all that is required is shorter coils (your choice Eibach etc). I don't think you even need to change the dampers if you're only lowering by a centimetre or two, but I'd wait for info from those more knowledgeable
