Anyone recommend a cheap place to hire a minibus?

Hoping someone can help. I'm after a minibus (12 people) to take to Cornwall for the weekend, pick up on friday evening and return on sunday evening. Cheapest I've found is £240, which is pretty reasonable I guess considering, but any other options? I've been searching for ages on google and my eyes are going square now!
