Hi

I am desperately trying to re commision my 1982 Tasmin 200 for the BNG.

The handbrake lever was 'wobbly' and a quick investigation revealed that the thread had worn on the bolt that holds the actual handbrake lever to the assembly. The nut is captive and i think the thread is OK. I'm guessing the mechanism is Ford cortina/Granada.

So, has anyone got one kicking around?

I haven't had chance to properly measure the bolt up but it is 40mm long, has a shoulder approx 27mm long (approx 12mm diameter) and an 8mm thread 13mm in length.

I will try and post a pic tonight but if you have an idea what i'm talking about and can help I'd love to hear from you!
I would be prepared to buy the whole mechanism if you have one.

Thanks

Brian
