If so, how the heck do you attach it to the handlebars, so that it doesn't wobble around all over the place?

Bear in mind that handlebar mounting however you do it, will give a very wobbly video
Most camera users use helmet mounting (much smother) which also allows the frame to point any way you want

Just doesn't work on the handlebars due to the vibrations. I've tried a couple of different cameras and nothing works better than having it on your helmet. I'm keen to see what can be done with a chest harness though...

I had thought about attaching the mount to the handlebars with some self-tapping screws but I suspect you're right - it will still vibrate too much.

Will go the helmet route instead
