Buying advice PLEASE

Hi All,

I'm a new member to the site. I have been wanting a Cerb for some time and am going to view at least 1 this weekend.
Can you give me any advice? Things to look for? What it should be like when first started? Oil pressure etc.

As I'm sure this subject must have been visited before I would welcome any links to sites with good buying advice.

By the way it's the 4.5 I'm looking for. I'm moderately familiar with them as I have a friend who has one. But that's not the same as living with one, so if you can, your advice would be most welcome.

So that'll be that then! Thanks folks. It looks like there is plenty of info there so I shall have to do a LOT of reading before I go...and probably after!

Not wanting to sound unwelcoming Toby, but this topic crops up at least a couple of times a month. If you look back through this forum within the last half dozen pages you will find several lengthy threads that cover all the basics (several times over!)
I suggest that you have a read of those then you can ask more specific questions which will get a much better response.
