The sound device on the camera can't come with the amplitude of the sound so it just 'whites out'. Shame really, sounds nice otherwise.

I think he's showing off the sucky noise of his airfilter. My old saab 9-3 used to make a similar sound when I stuck a K+N an with a bigger intercooler - it was a weird sort of resonance

I think you will find that the mic on the camera cant handle the noise of the wedge and is getting over loaded and picking out making that horrid noise

Try using a good mic to record the sound of god talking hehe

Most likely the ALC of the recording circuit... when I video'd my 390 on the RR at the 'Fest, the resulting clip has a whoosh-whoosh noise over the top of the car's exhaust biggrin
Typical of cheap cameras - by which I mean, not 'proper' video equipment.
Talk to Jeff Morgan if you want the real McCoy biggrin

Big big problem with small camera mics. Best results I have had with the ordinary id backing the car out the garage. The system (camera doing the recording)not just the mic will get overloaded. Been thinking of trying a remote mic but the camera I have borrowed from the folks has no real form of limiting and the mic is un muffled. Need a fluffy for it for the wind. Personal camera's need a little thought to get better results out of them.

Think I got it nearly right
