Well you may remember that I was rammed of the road a short while back and that the Tivv was at the TVR repair shop getting repaired.

Unfortunatley the Insurers wrote the car off as beyond economical repair, which I don't agree with, I think that the car could be back on the road for 2000k.

However I was looking at selling the car anyway as I want to get back into bike racing.

So I thought i'd say ciao ciao and let you know that a very good project S3 is going to be up for auction soon at the Wiltshire Universal Salvage. Gun Metal, 57k H reg. Needs a new complete Bonnet and thats it.
The scratches on the boot would T-cut out. New bonnet moulding £800 and respray about £1000. It has immaculate old style wheels and It never gave me any trouble or broke down, also has a stainless exhaust system.
Hope someone buys her, I'd hate to see the old girl not roar again.

Police never did catch the Scrote that put me off the road but I'm still looking for the Blue SAAB 95 in the Bracknell area.

I would buy the car myself but as I said I'm missing the racing so I'll continue with that.

If anyone does buy the car then give me a shout at skunkerama@yahoo.co.uk and I'll get the history and Service history to you.

Have fun.

Edit....Total cost should be £2000.00

I could repray the bonnet for £100 or so. If only I had the money. Sorry to hear about it man.

Dunno about you, but £2,000,000 is a bit beyond my budget!

Sorry to hear about that outcome.

I was in a similar position with mine in so much as not wanting the be the 'final custodian' of it. Luckily I was able to avoid that in the end.

Have you already settled with the insurance company? If not, drop me an email through my profile and I'll give you a bit more detail of what I did as it might enable you to have the best of both worlds.

Just thought I'd pop in and see if anyone bought the car, I hope so, she was a cracking drive. reg first 4 was H218

I bought an Aprilia Mille with the pay out and Ive been racing it in the Sound of Thunder race series this year. Stacks of fun but I still miss the growl of the V6.
