Mazda MX6 Refurbishment

This may seem like a poor financial decision, but I would like to have my MX6 refurbished to a "show room" standard. Can anyone suggest anywhere that specialises in Mazda work such as this ?

The car is in generally good condition but has a few spots of bodywork rust starting to show up.

Are you talking about sorting a bit of rust and paintwork?

Does it need to be a Mazda specialist or could any good bodyshop do this?
