330Ci e46

My 318iS is dying a slow and painful death and i don't see the point in shelling out the folding stuff to keep it on the road so it seems time to retire it as a parts car for my Alpina. With e30 parts getting thin on the ground over here i'm looking at changing model and i like the idea of an e46 330Ci, what i'd like to know is what is the difference between the updates?

Do you mean the differences when the facelift happened? If so:

Revised front end
Side repeaters different shape
Rear LED lights
Manual got a 6 speed box

There is probably more, but I can't remember.

The centre console with the aircon buttons etc. changed and they moved them around a bit.

all the australian delivered 330Ci's are 6 speeds, i believe (probably erroneously) that the facelift/update has a quicker rack, none of what i've seen so far seems to justify the 10k price difference.
