Sad Chimaera in the South of France

A customer of mine in the South of France, has just sent me the following pictures of a Chimaera in Frejus. He thinks that it was damaged in the floods a few months ago. Does anybody recognise it?

I was there during the floods, it looks more like it needs a wash! there would be more damage if it was parked near the floods was quite bad but isolated to villages in mountainous regions and re-entrants,
we did get the mistral winds whilst we were there which can pick up sand from the north african coast and deposit it on the riviera
