Safe for a residential property
Discussion
Currently having some work done on the house and am thinking about installing a small, in-wall safe for a few valuables. A quick trawl on Google shows a couple of options in the £100-£200 range. Am I wasting my money (ie could anyone with some common sense break into a cheap safe) or is the investment worth it? If so, any recommedations? Thanks.

If you posted an area of the UK, then perhaps one could recommend a source for you to purchase a safe. I believe that possibly the location of a safe within a property, hidden etc., is more important than possibly the strength, quality etc. My safe only holds legal documents, that since the safe is fire proof, will be safe in the event of a fire.

I'd agree with that.Hard to break into something that you can't find or see.

Quite cheap actually! I have no idea about fitting them though
