Classified Ad Account Problem

I tried logging in to edit an ad but on entering my username and password I get a message telling me I need to create an account or log in.

Thinking I might have messed up my password I requested a reminder which turned out to be the same one I entered. Thinking that perhaps my account has expired I tried to create a new one but upon entering my email address I'm told an account already exists for that address.

Any ideas?

When you are trying to log into the classifieds are you using your username, or you email address? Because you should be using your email address!

If that's not it then let me know and I'll do some more digging.

(In my (feeble) defence I was letting the auto log in function do its thing. Some people aren't safe with technology. Thanks Mr Will.)


Edit: I just clicked on 'Manage My Ad' and was magically transported without the need for log-in. I give up.
