Source for MTA fuse box covers
Discussion
Hi
You could try www.vehicleproducts.co.uk, I don't know if they do the covers on their own (but could do with a couple myself if they do). They do offer export shipping.

Bit of an expensive way of doing it.

It may be worth asking if they could get hold of a large ammount of covers, I need three and I guess others have broken ones also?
I've just spoken to someone to see if it's possible to get replacements and I'll let you know what he comes back with. If he can get them I dont mind sending them on to you.

These guys in OZ will sell just the covers, but it looks like they want to sell in lots of 100 pieces. http://www.proquip.com.au/Product%20Pages/MTA/MTAF...
If one you you guys decides to become the fuse cover supplier for the Nobility, I'd be pleased to pay a bit of a premium to cover your time.

Well I was planning on having a few as spares but I think a box of 100 is a bit ott!If one you you guys decides to become the fuse cover supplier for the Nobility, I'd be pleased to pay a bit of a premium to cover your time.

I've spoken today to the guy I contacted on Monday but he's still waiting to here back from his suppliers so I'll let you know when he gets back to me with a price.
Is it these guys who appear to be the UK importers/distributors for MTA

If you follow their info to the MTA site the min order for covers is only 75 so thats way better than a 100
Seriously though it wouldn't take huge numbers of people to be interested but much easier if an enlightened dealer could front it, any thoughts

I had a call back today with a price, £3.50 each plus VAT which I thought was reasonable and the minimum order is only 20. So I would be happy to take orders from people if there's interest and send them out. So far three people want them and I'm going to take a spare set so 20 shouldn't be a problem, anyone else?

I'll take 3, but there is the shipping to the US issue. I ship all over the world from my moonlight business and have found that the paperwork burden is minimal when using the US Post Office. Much easier and cheaper than the UPS/FedEx type of companies for international. No customs forms or anything like that. Maybe Royal Mail has a similar deal? If you are willing to ship to the US, I can use PayPal or a wire transfer to pay.Jeff

JasonIn principle I'd take four but having contacted James at SWLC feel I should give him a chance to see if he is interested in setting up a supply (which might be ongoing rather than a one off). It might be easier for you if somebody already geared up for payments ad distribution handled it. I'll give him a couple of days. I hope this doesn't appear ungrateful for your work to date.
