Since I know there are many style savvy blokes upon this forum, I'd like to enlist your help.

The current offering has been with me for four years now and is starting to show it's age.

I'd like a black one with a nice lining, maybe red or purple. Cost isn't really an issue. Doesn't need a coin pouch.

What have you got?

depends what you want in a wallet.

I find most seem to be engineered to accept the smaller American currency, and don't like UK notes, especially £20 or £50, this leaves the edges protruding from the wallet

since I carry mine in a inside jacket pocket I went for one from Lakeland Leather, simply because it was large enough.

However it might qualify as clutch bag for Laurel.

lol....I was thinking today - what sort of item could you ask for help with buying on PH and still get the "typical" responses more suited to watch forums.

This may be it.

Someone asked on Paul Smith wallets Clicky might be of some help.
They might also do clutches as well.

I just got a "mywallit" magic wallet.

Not the most practical or large, but quite fascinating how it works! A good pub talking point!

Thank goodness for your levelheaded interjections. I was concerned for a moment that standards were be allowed to slip.

they're nice, and fine if you keep it in your jacket pocket. the graphics take colour from the leather and get really dirty if kept in your back pocket.

If you transport your wallet in your trousers it WILL be assumed you are in trade.

Besides, it ruins the cut of one's flannels.

Don't buy a Mont Blanc one. I had one that cost £140 (I didn't pay that, it was a gift) barely lasted a year before all the stitching was falling out, the linings were all torn and the leather worn out.
