Not personal experience but a friend has just researched a few different insurers for his new iPhone, he said they looked the best and I trust him, so my business is also going there for my iPhone. CUSC seem to have got some good reviews through some people on here.

I'm with them for travel insurance. They refused to pay out for my claim when I was stuck due to ash cloud. Have referred the dispute to the ombudsman.
