You can't live in the garage as its zoned as commercial. That's why it hasn't got a bed or a cooker.

He's not going to do any body work or heavy welding so shouldn't get too dusty.

Agreed, it looks a very sterile building, simply a store painted white ith an Ikea kitchen.
