Taxis from the airport - they WILL rip you off. Do a google search and ensure your driver knows how much you expect to pay before you get going, or ask the hotel to arrange a pick up.

Other than that, it's a wonderful place with loads to see and do, and some wonderful restaurants, bars, etc.

If you are there in October, try and catch a home match at Benfica's SoL.

Yes, I have a couple of tips:-
1) Never tell them you can convert them.
2) Never say that their best G.F. looks like a bull dyke.
3) Don't buy them dungarees for their birthday.

I can't remember much about Lisbon, but it was fun. My only tip is if you find yourself in a bar run by a midget in S&M gear be very wary of the shots
