Cutting out?!

Hi all, I've just grown some balls and picked up a 4.5 Cerbera last week, absolutly love it!! But in need of help!

The car idles fine from start up, but soon as it gets warmish, (5 mins or so) when I take my foot off the accelerator it cuts out, I feel a bit of a tool sitting there revving it keeping it alive then pulling off and stalling it.

Any help/ideas would be much appreciated

Welcome to the Madhouse

First thing to do is get it hooked up to a Laptop and check the diags. Then from there get the engine set up and balanced.

You need a laptop, an old cheapy from Ebay with a serial port is best. A standard serial cable which you connect to the ECU in the passenger footwell.

I had similar problems when I bought mine.
I'd check for play in the throttle linkage, (there's been a recent thread ref the mod) I changed mine for rose joints and problem disappeared.
