Admiral Car insurance - how to claim NCB

Sorry for the late night post!

I just took out a policy with admiral, on the basis that they were cheapest.

I need to send them my NCB proof (last years renewal) so that i can get my NCD claimed.

Anyway they sent me a envolope to do this but didnt really tell me what to put in it..

So i know the renewal, but how will they know my policy number etc? Surely i will need to include some more details :?

Confused, please help me PH! (this is the first time i've had to do this)

Put in the renewel from your old insurance if it shows the amount of no claims you have. Also, write your policy number on the top of it.

That should be fine.

(You can ask you previous insurer for a proof of your no claims discount, just phone them.)

I'm with admiral, and my previous insurers were taking a biblical age to send out my NCB proof. One quick call to Admiral and they rang previous provider for me, no hassle. Quite good actually, as thinking about it, I've still not had proof of my NCD from a certain '4 Across: poultry related, rotund and tasty fried treat - 3 letters' inspired insurance company.
