Mitsubishi GTO Speedo Converter

Just wondering if anyone has any info on installing a speedo converter in a facelift 1997 GTO Auto.

I have registered on GTO forum, but posting and viewing is limited unless you become a full member which I have been trying to do, but its such a strange setup to get full membership by paypal and seems to be taking ages.
