Preston Meet-Up !! Not TVR Specific !!

Hello,
I'm from the Aston forum here on PH.
I'm trying to arrange a VERY informal meet-up, where anyone with a Marque car can pop along and say hello.
I've posted this on the Aston, Ferrari, Lambo, Maser and Bugatti forums so hoping to see a few exotics.
The proposed meet-up location would be "The Phantom Winger" which is a Tavern just off the M55/M6 junction.
It has an Ibis hotel and Wacky Warehouse on the same site.
The car park is a good size so parking would not be a problem.
The plan is to have a meet-up split over multiple days/evenings.. so that most people should be able to find the time to pop along and say hello. So could be arranged for a Friday. Saturday and Sunday or maybe Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
11am and 8pm on each day to ensure shift workers can make it.
Essentially this is something for those local to the area and for now would be a one-off meet, however could turn into something semi-regular with the odd drive out if enough interest is out there.
Open to ideas and suggestions :-)

Firstly thank you Melanielep for offering your assistance.
However for this first meet I think it would be better to keep it low key and between the car clubs and forums.
It was not intended to be a public display, but something for private owners to simply pop along too and say hello and check out each other's cars and hopefully get to see and meet people / cars they might not normally do.
For example I grew up 2 minutes from Bristol Ave in Bispham (no need to tell everyone here what that means).
As a young lad walking to junior school (primary), I often called in and blagged free posters and saw many a factory reject standing by the hedges.
Now it's quite bizzare that in all my years I have never even touched a TVR never mind sat or ridden in one.
So this meet-up is more about owners of these cars to simply see up close some makes/models that they might not have had the opportunity to do.
I own an Aston and there should be a few more there of varying models along with some Porsche's add to that some TVR's and were starting to get a nice mix. As yet I have not heard from any Ferrari, Lambo owners, but as yet there is no fixed date arranged so I'm no rush.
If any of you guys want to meet up in the meantime that's fine, If you want to PM me we can arrange a mini-local-meet within the Fylde. I know a nice little car park that's free to use after hours or even on a Sunday afternoon.

Hi "Carsy" now into classics got an E30 M3 track car a Merc E55AMG and a lovely just restored 3.8 Jag Mark 2. Bob has a new Nissan GTR throwing out around 600 horses that is something else! Try and make the meet in your car and I will go in my Jag. Oh saw Ian Hill yesterday at Fairhaven see you soon hopefully.

I have just found out about a Classic Car Show in Stanley Park Blackpool on the same day (29th) as our proposed little meet-up.
Would anyone be opposed to bringing the meet-up time forward to say 9am, so that after the meet at about 10am ish we can make better use of the day perhaps?
I was in Preston this morning for 7:50am so I know I can make 9am. hehe
Also saw a TVR Chimera "L*** ***" Blue ish colour with ivory leather, single male occupant at the M55 / A6 junction today at approx 2pm - 2:30pm :-) I smiled as I thought,, he might be at the meet next week.
I was in a Silver Jag right alongside at the lights, bottom of slip road.
