Film title please

I'm usually quite good at this but I need some help please.

The film in question is set in Leeds or Sheffield, its only 4 or 5 years old, and centres around a single mum bringing up her kids and her friendship with a local asian taxi driver. One scene in particular makes me smile, where a kid about six tells a gasman/postman he's been robbed of a fiver and his mum will kill him, so the fella gives the kid some cash and the little bugger runs off to his mates so the can cash up for the day.

Also has a lad pressured into dealing drugs to pay off a debt, and something to do with the take over off a mosque by extremists that backfires.
