Is anyone familiar with these? £10 off Fleabay for some cheap thingy made in China. Are they reliable and do they work? (I don't need to go the expense of an infra red one, and if I can save £40 or so on one of these in lieu of a genuine Nikon MC30 then fabadocious!)

Ta in advance!

I've been wondering about getting of these actually:

The price seems good and you can use it either as a wireless or wired remote. It's a shame you can't use the ML-L3 with the higher end bodies as that was a handy little device on my old D60.

Don't know about that one but the Hahnel one is only £19 from Jessops and works a treat if you don't fancy chancing your luck, comes with adaptors too for some other Nikon bodies.

Used a cheapo one on my D200 for about a year until it broke for no apparent reason. For £10 you cant go wrong really worked perfectly well until it just stopped working one day.

Thanks guys!

Looks like that Hahnel one from Jessops would work. And at least I will have some comeback if it goes kaput...
