Watched an immense three-some earlier

No, not the kind you think you grubby little person.
Coming down the A34 after work today, was overtaken by a brand spankin Aston Rapide (beautifull in the flesh/metal) followed by a 10 plate Audi R8 V10 Spyder followed by a 10 plate Porsche Boxter Spider.
Have to say, I know a lot of people say the R8's don't sound like they could, but I can honestly say that with the window cracked down when they overtook, it was comfortably the nicest sounding one of the three, absolutely stunning V10 wail.
The Aston's plate was V12 AML, I think this is the 'press plate' (don't know what else to call it!) as I think I saw this on Aston's one-77 when it was a pre-production mule - might be wrong, but I think it is, so I'm guessing there was some sort of write up being done about all 3 (as they were all new too).
Anyway, fekkin lovely, and if it was you, cheers for letting me continually overtake then leapfrogging all the way down the A34!
