New Job - Suggested hourly rate PHP Developer

Hi ive just taken a new job 75% is web development work in PHP 25% is sales work.

I have 4 to 5 years experience in web development and only 12 months or so in PHP.

What hourly rate would you start negotiations at???

How much do you want?

If it's less than a 3 month contract I would start at £30/hr - if it's 3-6 months start at £25/hr - more than 6 months then start at £22.50/hr but don't forget to factor in cost of expenses.

£25,000 to £30,000 pa. depends on region I suppose.
