I like the way its not built yet and they will import a car from Japan to do the work on.

If you keep the 140bhp engine instead of a roaring 300hp 4.6 V8, they will knock of £2000 :lol:.

Who would spend £32k on a fake car. You can get yourself a real (used) supercar for that kind of money.

Having seen a lot of good quality replicas before, there's nothing to necessarily laugh at about a kit car. I've seen Diablo and GT40 replicas at Stoneleigh that are indistinguishable from the real thing. The only real problem I have with the idea of that Reventon replica is the V8 engine they are fitting.

OK, in fairness, that advert contains more than a fair bit of bulls**t - a good quality replica will take years to build, not months, but don't be so quick to dismiss them. I'd at least want to see an example build before stumping up any cash.

Yeah theres a veyron kit on ebay to now... looks pretty damn accurate too shape wise. I don't know how they get away with it.
