Yes or no?

Or put another way, i go out looking for "trouble" in the form of ye olde highwayman-in-a-van.
The trouble part being that i exit my vehicle and proceed on foot to a location that gives me line of sight to the "highwayman" but makes me unobservable to the said scammer.
Now for the trouble part.
Equipped with a laser diffuser and a suitable battery mounted inside the back pack, i take up my covert position and wait for the ensuing madness.
Mr Highwayman is not going to be a happy bunny as he wont be getting a bite all day....oh i can certainly wait all day too..
No ones gonna get ticketed or caught in possession of a jammer, as im the one jamming em...so, search away guys, feel free......

I suppose they could try and throw a perverting course of justice charge against you, if they can find you that is.

I was seriously thinking about doing this but you would have to be quite far back and hope that the beam hits the jammer allowing it to go off.

Better idea IMO would be to get a 904NM measuring device and sit there firing it at them all day. AFAIK it would confuse the gun enough and you get control over firing as opposed to waiting for the van to trigger it

Am saving up for one, will let you know when i get it.,

You can get em for £200-300 and they go up to 500m i think

I just walked 500yrd back from the talivan and waved my arms at passing motorists getting them to slow down. The copper admitted I was doing a better job at slowing traffic than him and left. Result happy motorists, Police no revenue.

Personally I enjoy parking right infront of the camera whilest enjoying a slanging match with the operator. Or while I make a phone call (engine off, naturally).

I see your point herts, but wouldnt it be far funnier to follow these guys round covertly. No matter where they set up their gun intermittantly doesnt work and they wont know why!!!!

They move site, set up and lo, the gun aint working properly again, they take it back to the station to get it checked and its all fine!

One days wasted revenue, one pissed off stupid looking operator, one higly amused gh0st

AFAIK. it has to be below visible range so as not to damage the eye and the best tested pulse freq is 904nm.
