ok folks

now that I did another 500 km im my car I have some questions to issues that I would like to get solved. One of is the constant leaking and even
spraying brake reservoir. The lid cannot be really tightened after a certain amount of force you are back to where you started.......
This spills the liquid out of the top and it also seems that the bottom outlets that attach to the hoses are leaking too or the hoses themselves are leaking.
I am tired of this mess and remember other threads about this. When I ordered my kit I specifically asked the factory about the problem and they told me all is
fine, which I must say is not, also the reason for the post. Maybe somebody can point me to a reservoir that has none of these problems and hoses that are not leaking. There are millions of cars that do not suffer from this therefore I am positive that there is a solution with the help of you.

thanks

Many before you have suffered the hoses leaking. It actually comes through the material. You can see it on the surface like beads of sweat.

I have not seen issues with the reservoir cap and fittings before.

Faulty reservoir cap perhaps? Missing copper crunch washers on the pipes?

I have had the same problem with the cap. I would get it replaced and make sure you are tightening straight on!

err... don't fill the reservoir fully, so on hard cornering it wont spill out via the cap.

I had the same re the rubber hoses, replaced with a new type which wont sweat. (from the factory)
