while driving yesterday I noticed that if I brake a little harder just before turning into a curve the back was getting loose.
It is a driving mistake but it occurs too early and I noticed before that it is rather the rear wheels locking up while breaking than the front ones.
I would like to try to change the break bias, what are the recommended settings ? I am sure someone here has played with the setting and did a lot more driving than me and can report.

thanks

set it so the front locks slightly before rears - set it on a track, then forget about it unless you drive like lewis hamilton.
what corner weights you got..? i managed to get within 15kg rears and a couple at the front with me and 50% fuel. added a bit of rake to get rear to fronts more 45/55
A FRenault team done its base setting on my car which for road use seems pretty ok out the box without any tweaking.

You can buy a remote adjuster to mount on or under the dash. Once you know where you want your setting you can either leave it alone or change settings on the go for wet/dry conditions.

thanks Steve

I moved the bar to be shorter on the front side and already a big improvment, probably will install the AP
remote for the balance bar as this could help avoiding these tail outs when breaking while turning the wheel - I know this should be avoided
but tell me what you are doing if the corner is coming closer and closer and you are still too fast.........

Email Richard at the factory. I know they have a recommended amount of thread showing on one side of the adjuster. I just can't remember how much & which side! It may not be absolutely perfect for your car but it will be a good starting point.

Factory set 21mm showing on right hand side as long as you have the reservoirs the correct way round.
