Focus 1.6 Zetec-SE cambelt change

I have recently had the cambelt changed prior to purchasing the car.

Obviously I cannot check as it's behind a cover, but the bolts appear to have been touched so can only assume it was done.

What I did notice however is that the auxiliary belt is still the same, but access would appear it would need to be removed, or is it accessible without removing this belt?
