Reading the latest spider thread I recalled probably the freakiest thing I have ever seen.

So picture this, a few years back I was awoken by my then girlfriend jumping out of bed and screaming, I jumped up thinking that someone had broken in but she starts babbling about something being in her head.

She was a right drama queen and it was the middle of the night so I decided best course of action was to tell her to shut up and let me get back to sleep. Anyway she was getting more and more upset, so I decided I'd better show some interest if I ever wanted to get laid again.

By this point she had started saying something about looking in her ear so she lay down on her side and I held her head and got up real close to see if there was any rogue wax knocking around in there. My face was about 2 inches away from her ear when this HUGE black beetle squeezed it's way out of her ear!!! I was just frozen, this thing just walked across my hand and then dropped off the side of the bed and I didn't move, it was just like something out of a horror movie!

I ended up explaining to the g/f what had happened but did downsize the beetle in my explanation, she was pretty freaked and poured half a ton of hot water into her ear to kill the little eggs that could have been left (maybe I shouldn't have mentioned "Maybe it was looking for somewhere to lay eggs...").

Anyway, have you had any experiences that could have been a scene from a movie? (awaits the p*rn references, " I was smashing this girls back doors in like ********** movie......"rolleyes)

A friend of mine had a fly get stuck in her ear, she said it was horrible. Couldn't get it out without pushing it in further and it was buzzing away the whole time. fk that for a laugh.

....that has happended to me and it is not funny.....of course I instinctively put my head ground side down and tried to shake it out to no avail.....it was only when I turned my head skywards did it manage to escape. I felt pretty unwell for a few hours.

Last thursday? Last Thursday? Oh, yes, I forgot to tell you. This really, really, old friend of mine, haven't seen him for years, turned up at the office and asked me if I'd look after this ring for him. It was gold, and he wanted to have it melted down, and he asked me if I'd drop it off at the smelters.
Anyway, I stopped for a pint on the way and it turned out these 4 men on jorseback had been asking after me, which gave me the willies, I don't mind telling you. So just for security reasons I popped the ring on and it began to feel really, really, odd. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I teamed up with these 4 dwarves and a wizard and we set off for.....Mordor.

And, that, darling, is what really happened.

My grandad was drinking a cocktail in a restaurant when I was very young and started choking or something. Suddenly a Cherry shot out of his nose and into his dinner.

Yeap, been there, woke up one morning and had a rustling insect in the ear, not pleasant at all.

I think it was probably scampering across the pillow and I rolled over and covered it with my ear.

Had to go to A&E to get the bloody thing removed.
The nurse managed to mash it to bits with the ear-scope thingy while having a look, so never found out what it was exactly.

My aunt was making a jam sandwich. She took a bite and felt a sharp pain repeatedly the inside of her mouth. She spat it out and examined the half chewed gloop.

She had put the jam on the first slice of bread. A wasp had landed on it before she put the other slice on, and when she bit into it and started to chew, the wasp stung the living hell out of her inside her mouth.

I thought for this one he was spit roasting a hooker with her dad? It's been a while since I watched them, I might have them mixed up...

Had a bit of a fling with a Brazilian girl I met in Auckland - I was there for 3 weeks or so.

When we came to say goodbye, we went our separate ways at a road junction. 10 steps down the road, I stopped, turned around, and starting walking back up, at which point she came flying around the corner too and back into my arms.

You can either go "awww" or vomit. It's up to you biggrin
