Sickening phucks. Neither will make it out of prison and I applaud that.

Words cannot describe how fked up someone can be to allow this to happen to a child. Any parent out there cannot sleep if their child has a temperature never mind being hungry!

Isn't twelve pounds about 5kg?

I do hope Indiana has the death penalty.

ETA- Jesus. That is about the correct weight for a two month old baby.

I would wipe out the existence of the parents, just as they wiped out the existence of the child. There is no better place. You have the spark of life for a while then nothing. There is no better place. Doesn't mean you have to suffer when alive like the poor little child did though. What a waste.
God I'm feeling morbid tonight.

I think people should have to be vetted before they can have a child... Scum seem to breed and be funded here in the Uk. Once you are on benefits you should lose the rights to any further kids. And if you do you do not get any more money.

I hate even walking down a road and listening to scum swearing at their little kids etc . Those kids just want love

"I think people should have to be vetted before they can have a child.."

Nope, don't even go there, despite the provocation...

why not?

its about time some people are stopped from breeding. Class A drug addicts on benefits ? No kids allowed.

Call me Adolf etc .. I dont care. It should not be the right of everyone to be a parent. Some people are unable to be responsible and take care of the children.

Same as when you are un employed. Ok the Government pay for those children you have. But any more and the government refuse to pay for the extra kids.

Kids are been had for the wrong reasons . Its like a "safety net" for some people . The benefits and housing etc

I would have to leave the room if i found myself with this bd.

I'm the ultimate liberal who has no patience for the hanging brigade, but my instinct is to kill these people myself. I can complain about mass sentimentality, but we are supposed to have a social safety net to prevent this kind of thing happening. Instead, it seems to concentrate on investigating good parents whose children have accidents (read Chritopher Brooker's columns)

I agree with you. However, the part about "we are suppossed to have a social safety net" is questionable. That can easily cross the line into doing what you just warned against.....government interference of good parents. A child gets a deserving smack across the a$$ for something and the next thing you know the kid calls the cops and BAM, government telling you you cannot spank your kids. What comes of that? Look around you nowadays, that is what.

Agree completely. I got the odd cuff as a kid and it was bloody well deserved. There is a world of difference between expecting kids to behave politely and the savagery of these parents who richly deserve the most severe punishment possible. In general, I am not any fan of corporal punishment as something habitual, but it should be a mild option. Bringing up kids to be functioning adults and teaching them to be responsible is no easy task, and it getting harder, but we need some sort of basic acceptance of what it takes.

The more touchy feely we have become, the more PC we are forced to be, the more children are growing to be useless and criminal. How can it be argued that it is not related?
