Second try as sent first from mobile and didnt include a title!!!
Bought a second hand car (7k) about 3 months ago and it came with a aftermarket 6 months warranty.
Within a month we had a fault, put in a claim and it was sorted.
Then came fault 2, put in a claim and the warranty people rejected it as out of policy terms.
We now have another fault but yet to put in a claim.
As the garage supplied a aftermarket warranty how do I stand legally as I'm getting frustated with the car and loosing faith.
