Anyone know black RT10 reg: D18 RTY

Spotted up the road from me today - Buckhurst Hill in Essex. Don't know how long it's been here but it's the first time I've seen it.

I assume it lives in my town as it was in someone's front garden under a cover but the cover was mainly hanging off for some reason.

Looked like black RT10 with a hardtop. Could have got the number slightly wrong but you get the idea...
