Two of the most respected amongst Ferrari owners in the UK are Al at Alsa (south Wales) & Mototechnique (daaannnn sarthhh), a quick browse through either companies scrap book will show the attention to detail needed for a decent job. I could also chuck in Dai Richards (north Wales) however he's no longer dealing with the general public.

There are plenty of other really good paint shops, IME the trick is getting them to do all the small fiddly bits properly, difficult if you don’t have the time to project manage the whole thing
