Camping In the New Forest

Has anybody got any recommendations for a campsite in the New Forest ?
Looking for a short break / long weekend this Bank Holiday weekend.
I know it's late ! Just hoping !
Alternatively maybe 1-2 hrs from Horsham area ?

Can't go wrong with Hollands Wood or Roundhill in Brockenhurst. Excellent sites with excellent facilities, very good draining ground and added ponies! Might be pushing to get a booking now though. Good luck.

Just remember to put all your food and rubbish away, or you will have a horsie waking you up at night...

The Red Shoot in Linwood might not be as pretty as the Forestry Comission sites, but it does have the Red Shoot Inn right next door, which does a lovely pint and some great food.
