In search of the perfect loaf (BBC4)

Tim "Nice but Dim" tries to win a bread making contest.

Practically worn out kneading one loaf, and visiting a salt producer who looks suspiciously like an older version of himself.

Anyone else torturing themselves with it?

I live pretty close to his bakery, and quite frankly I think his bread is pretty second-rate. There are much better loaves to be had around Stroud than his.
