I Spy with my "Mini" eye (on the M25)

Saw this while stuck in traffic on the M25 this morning, wasnt aware they were for sale yet, and the badges were all taped over as well so guessing its some sort of demo car. Was about the size of the X1 and just as ugly IMHO, but I am sure it will sell in droves.





So any one else seen one? or Want to guess how long before they start turning up with "estate agents" name down the side, or some one mentions "using your phone while driving"? (was in traffic at pretty much 0-10mph)

There are courses being run over the next few weeks at the bracknell HQ for techs and sales, to bring them up to speed with them.

Sure it was in the showroom with the Sunday service was there last month

now i just can stand the damn things.

the are ruining the heritage, (not that they care as they are making a st load of money from it, i guess)

It is really ugly (its the roof/window line that I cant work out why), but it will sell in the 1000's despite its look and cost.

Have to say the guy behind the wheel didnt look like he was having a nice time in it, stuck on the M25 in the rain on a monday.

It will sell - just as the Clubman has - and will sell more once ProDrive get the rallying underway in 2011.

Didn't mind the Clubman to be honest, but not a fan of this at all. Models like this are an offence to the heritage of Mini.

I have only seen them on show at the Goodwood festival.

To be fair the pics dont do it justice, it was much uglier in the flesh.

Funny thing is it doesnt look like its that big (just jacked up), it may have some very clever spacing but I suspect the focus in front of it, has more space and drives better.

I don't like the look of them at all. I thought the Clubman was pushing the brand a bit far, but creating an even larger 'Mini', I don't like the idea at all.

Some ones 5 year old tried to draw "daddys" mini, he showed it to the guys at work, and some exec realised that with the right Badge and marketing it would sell like hot cakes.

I liked the clubman

But it has chrome bits. Look shiny chrome bits.
