Hi all,

I am off to the Nurburgring this Friday and will be there over the weekend. I am therefore wondering whether anyone knows of a good place to watch the Belgium GP (preferably the English coverage)?? I know that this is probably wishful thinking, but does anyone know of anywhere good nearby where they will be televising it?

Thanks for your help.

I would imagine either at the complex at the nurburgring it has a bar night club and some other stuff so would be a good bet, failing that go to the pistenklaus hotel / restaurant and they will probably have it on, if you are in a big group and the large meeting room is free upstairs they may let you watch it up there, just asked they are pretty friendly.

The Dorint Hotel has a big screen in the bar inside reception, and the new Nurburgring visitor centre at the GP track has a massive wall screen. The restaurant next to the Nordschleife also has a big screen. One of these will definitely show the GP, but the commentary will be in German. One of the British run hotels in the area:

Might have access to BBC 1.

I think that the Dorint should be a good idea or the restaurant Grüne Hölle at the entrance of the Nordschleife.
Or maybe some live streaming on the internet if you have your netbook with you!

They usually set up a TV in the conference room in the Am Tiergarten. I have watched it there. Not sure if its just for people staying there.

Nope we had just gone in for a beer or ten and they happily put it on.
