Get registering people and I might just see you for a few laps of Rockingham on Saturday 18th September! biggrin

You need to enter the competition on the Mazda UK homepage, answer a few questions that aim to tailor your experience and then wait and hope you get selected for a track day experience.

Dear youngsyr

Congratulations! You have been specially selected to join us at Rockingham on Saturday 18th September to get behind the wheel of two of our most exciting sports cars.

The Mazda3 MPS is our powerhouse. Accelerating to 60 mph in only 6.1 seconds and going onto a top speed of 155 mph, it's no wonder some have called it the 'beast'.

The Mazda MX-5 is simply an icon. With perfect 50:50 weight distribution and outstanding levels of performance. The Mazda MX-5 combines stunning design with dynamic handling - a true Roadster.

Adrenaline Rush will give you the unique chance to put both these cars through their paces over a number of exhilarating laps, with professional tuition throughout from our dedicated Mazda drive team.

Sessions last for a morning or afternoon and include lunch too.

Here are all the venues and dates where the action is taking place:

Silverstone, Northants Friday 27th August
Knockhill, Fife Tuesday 31st August
Rockingham nr Corby Saturday 18th September
Castle Combe, Wiltshire Monday 27th September

Places are limited so sign up for a FREE session now!

Remember the Zoom-Zoom Weekends prize draw runs until the 24th September; in the meantime we would love you to join us.

Best regards

Mazda Zoom-Zoom Weekends Team

Before I go ahead and submit my details, were you offered your experiences before you clicked 'submit' on the prize draw? I've entered most of my details and havn't been offered anything yet, so I may go through my answers and "re-evaluate" them... biggrin

I wasn't offered anything until something like a week after I had submitted my "competition entry".

Thanks - I've gone and submitted my details. Fingers crossed I get offered a drive in the new MX5s!

I entered a couple of times a week or so ago. How long are the invites taking to arrive?

I'm there on the 18th at Rockingham, is it going to be a good run on track or a two lap and you're done thing?

Spent my afternoon at Knockhill yesterday courtesy of Mazda and what an excellent time was had.
We got three twenty minute sessions on track, I had one in the MPS and two in the MX5, all the time with instructors, who, it miust be said were really good and encouraged us to get the most out of the cars.
The MPS didn't really do anything for me, but it was my first session and I was a bit nervous, I have very little experience of driving on track and there was a track day going on with some rather fast machinery circulating.
The MX5's were brilliant round Knockhill, they felt so light and nimble after the big hatchback, they made me feel like a driving God.
Everyone was really friendly, the instructors were ace and if you don't enjoy an event like this you are probably dead.

There is no hard sell, by the way. The bloke running it mentions the price of the cars during the introduction and thats it, the rest is just geared towards the guests enjoying themselves.
