mobile gone mad...auto wapping!

Just sat here browsing the world of PH and I hear the "beep-de-de-beep" sound through my speakers like I'm about to get a text. Check my phone and its flashing up "GPRS access point invalid". Confusing enough as it usually works but my keypad was locked and I hadn't touched it!
Whats going on????!
