Listing previous repairs when selling car.

I'm selling my old Focus diesel which in the last 2 years has had a new turbo, intercooler, flywheel and clutch. I can't decide if adding this info to the advert is a good idea. Would people read it and avoid the car believing it was unreliable or would they see the new components as a good thing?

The flywheel is a known problem on the Focus and the turbo was just bad luck. All replaced with new parts at great expense.

I think it's more positive to say, "Full service history, loads of receipts" than "this car kept going wrong but I had it fixed".

When I read repair histories like that I picture the car being in a million bits all over some backstreet garage with a YTS monkey putting it back together with half the bolts missing, umpteen times.

So that would be a no from me

I'm currently looking for a car and I think it is a good thing to list it. I am looking at cheapo cars though. It just show work that I/prespective buyer won't have to do.

Insidently, how much you selling it for?
