Dealer won't refund warranty cash!

Bought a 330 BMW early june with 30 day warranty. Said because I wasn't local if anything went wrong that was covered by warranty then I could go local and get it reimbursed. Several days later the battery died. Tried charging and broke down twice costing me several hours pay and hassle -ended up just over a ton inc fitting. He agreed to this although it was a little steep he said (I was the middle of the bloody outback just about) so no real other options. Anyway, about 7 weeks on now and still not paid me. Claims to be busy, eventually replies with an apology and says he'll pay in a couple of days. Think he is taking the p*ss now and have txts and emails to back up what he said as well as the invoice with 30day warranty.

Any ideas?

why are you being charged for a 30 day warrenty. that is jsut another name for the sales of goods act 30days you get as standard and the dealer is trying to pass it off as a warranty they gave you.

Oh right, thanks for letting me know that. I didn't pay for it, but I guess they pitch it as a warranty!
I'm getting on to trading standards if it's not paid this week. He's also falsely advertising his cars as reduced when they have never been on sale at the higher price!
