56 plate maserati 4200 sat nav disc

Any ideas where I may get a replacement sat nav disc. My lovely little daughter decided to drop it out the window on the M4. Now I need a new a repalcement. Does say FIAT use the same software. Any clue...I guess a maserati one would be very expensive.

Also sometimes the car feels like the brakes are stuck on. Only initually, am I engaging gears collectly on start up, is this a common fault, could it be related to clutch/gearbox. I have no warning lights.

Best ask on the UK Maserati Forum and sportsmaserati for both, I've seen conversations about the nav discs a fair bit.
